When using our shared hosting services, you need to point your domain to our nameservers in order for your website and services to work correctly.

Where to Set Nameservers
You need to update nameservers at the place where your domain is registered (your domain registrar).
How to Update Nameservers
- Log in to your domain registrar account
- Find your domain
- Locate Nameserver settings
- Replace existing nameservers with:
cp1ns.hostika.net cp2ns.hostika.net
- Save changes
Propagation Time
- 5 minutes – 1 hour (in most cases)
- Up to 24-48 hours globally
Important Notes
- Your domain will not work until nameservers are updated
- If you recently ordered hosting, make sure you use the nameservers provided in your welcome email
- cPanel does not display nameservers, so please refer to this article or your email
